I ordered this trailer new as a showpiece while racing our Spec Miata and Porsche 911 SC at regional NASA and PCA events. It was built in April '12, and has only been camped in five times. Very meticulously maintained and cared for inside and out -- has been waxed at least 3 times since we've owned it. The Living Quarters are in as-new condition, the bathroom and shower are cleaned top to bottom after each weekend. Nonsmoker. Everything works inside and out. Included in the price are the 7000w Generator, tire racks and pit pal storage rack. You'll have to provide your own Honda Ruckus and tires-wheels, as we are keeping the ones in the photos :). It would cost roughly $55000 to duplicate this trailer with options at today's prices. Too many features to list them all, but here are a few of the more important items: power awning, 13500 btu air conditioner, gas furnace, powered hydraulic jack, 24 tv, dvd player, microwave oven, stovetop burners, full size enclosed shower, 90 gal fresh water capacity, 45 gal black-45 gal grey, 6000lb Dexter torsion axles, 24' garage and more.
